The individual purchasing the service, identified by the email address provided at checkout.

This contract governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the "TikTok Comment Fetch" service purchased electronically by the Buyer on YulaSanta (yulasanta.com.tr).

The service consists of automatically fetching and listing up to 1000 comments from a publicly accessible TikTok video link specified by the Buyer. The service fee is 200 TL (VAT included), charged as a single payment via the PayTR payment infrastructure.

Once payment is confirmed, the system automatically and immediately starts fetching the comments. This is a service performed instantly in electronic form; there is no physical delivery.

Under Turkish consumer protection law (Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15/1-ğ), there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. As the service is performed immediately upon payment confirmation, the Buyer cannot exercise a right of withdrawal under this contract.

No refund is issued once the service has been successfully performed (comments fetched). If the service cannot be performed for technical reasons — a private or deleted video, the comment service being temporarily unavailable, or no comments found on the video — the fee is likewise not refunded; instead the Buyer is granted a retry credit of the same value, valid for 90 days, sent as a link to their registered email address. This policy is also stated on the payment screen.

Disputes arising from this contract are subject to Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above that value. This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

By checking the confirmation box on the payment screen and completing payment, the Buyer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this contract.
